Is AxoOne software approved for ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing?
Yes. AxoOne generates e-invoices in the format ZATCA requires (XML with QR code, cryptographic stamp and invoice hash), connects to ZATCA’s Fatoora platform, and clears standard tax invoices and reports simplified invoices automatically. We handle the onboarding of your devices for you.
Can I manage several branches and warehouses from one system?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own stock, sales and cash, while head office sees consolidated stock, profit and VAT reports and can transfer stock between locations.
Does it include accounting, or only inventory?
Both. Purchases, sales, receipts, payments, cheques and post-dated cheques post into a full general ledger with trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet.
Can it print Arabic and English invoices?
Yes. Tax invoices, quotations and delivery notes print in Arabic and English with your VAT number and ZATCA QR code.
