Cloud POS Software for Multi-Branch Businesses in Saudi Arabia

Run every branch from one cloud dashboard. AxoOne Cloud POS works in the browser and on tablets, keeps selling when the internet drops, takes mada and wallet payments, and issues ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoices on every sale.

AxoOne cloud POS software dashboard for a multi-branch retail chain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

One point of sale for every branch, from Riyadh to Dammam

Most growing chains in the Kingdom start with a cashier program installed on a single PC per shop. That works until the third or fourth branch opens: prices drift apart, stock counts never match, and the owner has to call each branch to know the day's sales. AxoOne Cloud POS keeps the menu, price lists, promotions and stock in one central database, so a change made at head office in Riyadh reaches the branch in Jeddah within moments.

Cashiers can sell from a Windows PC, an Android or iPad tablet, or any modern browser, which lets you open kiosks, pop-up stands and new outlets without new servers. Owners and area managers follow live sales, cash drawers and branch performance from their phone. Unlike our dedicated restaurant and supermarket POS pages, this edition is built for chains that need central control across many outlets and channels.

Advanced features

Head office control

Create items, prices, taxes and offers once, then publish them to all branches or to selected regions only.

Offline mode

If the connection drops, the terminal keeps selling and printing receipts, then syncs invoices automatically when it reconnects.

Local payments

Accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Bank through your bank's payment terminal, with each tender recorded separately.

Delivery channels

Record HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta and other app orders as separate channels so commissions and net sales stay visible.

Stock across branches

See stock by branch, request transfers, and receive goods at the branch with full movement history and variance reports.

Chain analytics

Compare branches by sales, basket size, peak hours and best sellers, and export reports for your accountant.

Built for Saudi retail and F&B rules

Every sale in AxoOne Cloud POS produces a simplified tax invoice in the format required by ZATCA, with the QR code printed on the receipt. For businesses that have been called to the Phase 2 integration stage, invoices are generated in the required XML format, cryptographically stamped and reported to the Fatoora platform, including invoices raised offline once the terminal is back online. Credit notes for returns follow the same flow, so your VAT records stay consistent across all branches.

Payments are built around how Saudis actually pay: mada debit cards, international cards, Apple Pay and digital wallets such as STC Bank, taken through the terminal provided by your bank. Receipts, screens and reports work in Arabic and English, amounts are in Saudi riyals with 15% VAT handled automatically, and the system supports the Hijri and Gregorian calendars for reports.

Lifetime licence option

AxoOne Cloud POS is available on a lifetime licence, so adding branches does not lock you into a per-terminal monthly subscription. Ask our team for a quote for your branch count.

What is a cloud POS system?

A cloud POS stores your sales, items and stock in a central online database instead of on one shop PC. Every branch and device works from the same data, so owners can see live sales, change prices centrally and add new outlets quickly, while each terminal can still sell offline when the internet is down.

Does AxoOne Cloud POS work without internet?

Yes. The terminal keeps selling, printing receipts and saving invoices locally during an outage. When the connection returns, invoices, stock movements and shifts sync to the cloud automatically, and e-invoices waiting to be reported are sent to ZATCA.

Is the cloud POS compliant with ZATCA Phase 2?

Yes. AxoOne Cloud POS issues simplified tax invoices with a QR code and supports the Phase 2 integration requirements: XML invoices, cryptographic stamping and reporting to the Fatoora platform. Our team helps you onboard each device before go-live.

Which payment methods can I accept in Saudi Arabia?

You can accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Bank and cash through your bank's payment terminal, and split one bill across several tenders. Each method is recorded separately, which makes shift closing and bank reconciliation simpler.

Can I manage delivery app orders like Jahez and HungerStation?

Yes. Orders from HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta and other platforms can be recorded as their own sales channels with separate prices and commission tracking, so you can compare app sales with in-store sales per branch.
