ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, handled for you
Since January 2023, ZATCA has been moving VAT-registered businesses in waves into the Integration phase of e-invoicing (Fatoora). Every invoice must now be created in a structured format, stamped and sent to ZATCA. AxoOne does this automatically, so your staff keep billing the way they always have.
We have integrated restaurants, supermarkets, trading companies and clinics across the Kingdom, and we handle device onboarding with you on the Fatoora portal.
Onboard your POS or ERP
We register each billing device with ZATCA using the OTP from your Fatoora portal and install its cryptographic certificate.
Bill as usual
Each invoice is generated as XML with a QR code, UUID, invoice hash and cryptographic stamp.
Clear or report automatically
Standard (B2B) tax invoices are cleared by ZATCA before they reach your customer; simplified (B2C) invoices are reported within 24 hours.
Stay audit-ready
Invoices, credit and debit notes are archived and VAT reports are ready for your return.

Is AxoOne software approved for ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing?
Yes. AxoOne generates e-invoices in the format ZATCA requires (XML with QR code, cryptographic stamp and invoice hash), connects to ZATCA’s Fatoora platform, and clears standard tax invoices and reports simplified invoices automatically. We handle the onboarding of your devices for you.
Where is AxoOne located?
Our Saudi office is at No 3, Al Harrani Street, Al Malaz District, Riyadh 12642. We install on-site in Riyadh and support businesses across the Kingdom, including Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Mecca, Madinah, Hail, Abha and Jizan, online and on-site.
Do your invoices and screens support Arabic?
Yes. Bills and tax invoices print in Arabic and English, and products, customers and reports can be entered and viewed in both languages.
