Attendance Management Software in Saudi Arabia – Biometric, Face & GPS
Know who is at work, on which shift and for how long – at every branch and site. AxoOne Attendance collects punches from fingerprint and face devices or the GPS mobile app, applies your shift rules and sends clean hours to payroll.

Accurate time attendance across every branch and site
Paper registers and stand-alone fingerprint machines leave HR with a monthly puzzle: exporting logs from each device, matching them to shifts, arguing over missed punches and calculating overtime by hand. AxoOne Attendance connects your biometric devices and mobile app to one central system, so every check-in from Riyadh head office, a Jeddah showroom or a Dammam warehouse lands in the same timesheet within minutes, with lateness, early exits and absences highlighted automatically.
Field and site staff can check in from the AxoOne app using GPS geofencing and a selfie, so drivers, sales reps and project crews are tracked without a device on every site. Supervisors build rotating shifts, split shifts and night shifts, approve overtime and correct missed punches with a reason. At month end the approved hours, absences and overtime pass straight to payroll, removing the manual re-keying that causes salary disputes.

Ramadan schedules

Offline-ready punching
Devices and the mobile app store punches when the connection drops and sync them as soon as it is back.
Built for Saudi working-hour rules
The Saudi Labor Law limits normal working time to eight hours a day or 48 hours a week, and reduces it for Muslim workers during Ramadan to six hours a day or 36 hours a week. Hours beyond that are overtime, paid at the hourly wage plus 50% of the basic wage. AxoOne Attendance lets you configure these limits per shift and branch, so lateness, overtime and Ramadan schedules are measured against the rules that actually apply to each employee.
Attendance records also feed the rest of HR in real time. Approved leave, official holidays and weekly rest days are shown on the same calendar, absences are deducted correctly in payroll, and outdoor teams can be scheduled around the summer midday work restrictions announced each year by the Ministry of Human Resources.
See who is late before the shift starts
Branch managers get an instant alert when an employee has not checked in, so cover can be arranged before customers notice.

Which attendance devices work with AxoOne?
AxoOne Attendance works with common network-connected fingerprint, face recognition and card terminals, including many models widely used in Saudi offices and branches. If you already have devices installed, share the model with our team and we will confirm compatibility before you buy anything new.
Can employees check in from their mobile phone?
Yes. Field staff, drivers and site teams can check in through the AxoOne app on Android or iPhone. The punch is accepted only inside the geofence you set for that site, and you can require a selfie so attendance cannot be marked for someone else.
Does the system handle Ramadan working hours?
Yes. You can activate a Ramadan schedule that applies reduced hours to the employees and branches you choose. Lateness and overtime are then measured against the Ramadan shift, and normal shifts resume automatically after the holy month ends.
How is overtime calculated?
Overtime is counted from the hours worked beyond each employee’s scheduled shift, after any grace period you allow. Supervisors approve or reject it, and approved hours pass to payroll, where they are paid at the hourly wage plus 50% of the basic wage as the Labor Law requires.
Is attendance linked to leave and payroll?
Yes. Approved leave and public holidays appear on the attendance calendar, so employees on leave are never marked absent. At month end, worked days, absences, late minutes and overtime are sent to AxoOne Payroll or exported for your current payroll system.
